Stimulation and High Pressure Pumping

Introduction

Sprint Oil & Gas Services offers various production enhancement solutions through a wide range of well stimulation techniques and products. Our goal is to provide cost effective and efficient solutions that increase well production. These innovative solutions are supported by industry-leading products and technologies, however, each treatment is carefully customized to suit each specific application.

Our solutions cover various systems and products for treating limestone, sandstone and shale formations. From matrix stimulation to well fracturing, we provide a full range of systems and fluids specifically designed in our District and Regional Labs to suit defined well conditions and formation lithology.

Our additives and products accommodate bottom hole temperatures from 100-400°F. Each system is thoroughly tested in the laboratory prior to job execution to ensure treatment compatibility and damage free fluids.

Every acidizing job is carried out as per Sprint operating standards by highly trained and experienced personnel.

Stimulation Equipment

Sprint’s large horsepower capability delivers Stimulations in high pressure zones at high injection rates. This large horsepower helps efficient fluid diversion during matrix stimulation treatments as well as supports the pumping of various treatments at higher than frac gradients (hydraulic fracturing).

Our pumping fleet totals more than 20,000 HHP, with individual units delivering 600-2,500 HHP. Our fleet is capable of operating pressures of up to 20,000 psi based on selected fluid­-end sizes.

Our experienced personnel and our wellbore simulators for coiled tubing, stimulation and fracturing allow us to recommend the most appropriate treatment design for our clients.

Job Design and Evaluation Software

Sprint Oil & Gas Service uses industry leading software, STIMPRO and FRACPRO, to design and evaluate the effectiveness of matrix and fracturing treatments. With the aim of maximizing the productivity and net present value for our customers, both STIMPRO and FRACPRO carefully recommends the right combination of fluid types and volumes, chemical blends and their amounts, pressures and rates to remove skins in a cost effective manner.

 

STIMPRO

STIMPRO’s matrix acidizing analysis software enables the design, simulation and analysis of acid injection treatments below the fracture initiation pressure. The Windows based design software is effective in modelling both carbonate and sandstone formations. With carbonates, the program calculates the mass dissolution of formation/damage based on formation and acid treatment types.

For carbonates, STIMPRO’s treatment is designed to dissolve the matrix thus forming new channels (wormholes) that bypass damaged zones and give a clear flow. With sandstone, acidizing emphasizes dissolving particles that clog existing pore channels rather than the creation of new ones.

The unique features and powerful capabilities of the STIMPRO system allows for quick design, analysis and optimization of acid jobs. The system facilitates modifications during job execution and assists in performing a complete post job analysis. This increases production and improves the economics for acidizing treatments.

FRACPRO

FRACPRO effectively models any type of pressure stimulation (fracturing) job such as limited entry wells, multiple perforated intervals and horizontal well fracturing. It can model fracture growth in any formation — carbonate, sandstone and even coal.

FRACPRO allows understanding of proppant placement, conductivity improvements and Image fracture dimensions. The software has the capability to incorporate the effects of proppant damage due to crushing, embedment, stress cycling, and non­Darcy and multiphase flow.

One of the main benefits of the software is that it accurately simulates single and multiple treatment horizontal wells, allowing creation of multiple pump schedules and reservoirs in a single simulation. Special displays allow for a clear visualization of fracture placement along the lateral plane.

Data Acquisition Systems

Sprint uses leading edge design software to predict coiled tubing string performance and fluid behavior at various downhole well conditions. The work history and integrity of each coiled tubing work string is continuously monitored and updated using an electronic data acquisition system coupled with real time modeling and fatigue software.

 

ORION

Orion is a data acquisition system for pumping services such as Cementing, Stimulation, Nitrogen, Fracturing and Gravel Packing. It is typically used to record, monitor, display and report fluid densities, flow rates, circulation pressures, wellhead pressures, Nitrogen rates and cumulative volumes.

OrionNET software acquires and stores important field job data and displays it in real time. It utilizes the Orion viewer to display real time data and Orion report to create customized reports to meet specific reporting needs.

The REAM HMI (Real time Electronic Acquisition & Monitoring with Human Machine Interface) is Sprint's data acquisition system of choice that reads data from the different electronic sensors fitted to the coiled tubing unit and displays the data on an 8.4” TFT touch screen. This screen acts as both an input and an output device. The system records the data on solid state compact flash memory and allows for the remote monitoring of the data.

The system can also integrate and record auxiliary equipment performance such as the pumping and nitrogen unit operation parameters.

Coiled Tubing

Introduction

Sprint Oil & Gas Services offers advanced intervention services conveyed on coiled tubing to improve well and reservoir performance. We provide coiled tubing services for both well intervention and new well completion programs for some of the largest and most active oil and gas producers around the Middle East and Asia.

Onshore and offshore, we combine well maintained, state of the art coiled tubing and pumping equipment with expert personnel who have vast experience in coiled tubing operations and associated services such as high pressure pumping, nitrogen pumping, fishing, tubing conveyed perforations (TCP), completion manipulation, stimulation and coiled tubing drilling. The result is consistent, competitive solutions delivered safely and in compliance with environmental regulations.

Sprint has an extensive coiled tubing track record covering nitrogen lifting, fill clean out, scale removal and drilling, through tubing fishing and milling, through tubing permanent and retrievable plug setting, velocity string deployment, stimulation for vertical and horizontal wells, coiled tubing logging, perforations and other complex well intervention applications.

An experienced technical engineering team supports the coiled tubing operations starting from candidate selection, solution review with clients, and job simulation to plan, execute and evaluate every operation.

Coiled Tubing Equipment

Sprint provides a wide range of coiled tubing units with capacities ranging from 1 1/4" 20K lbs units to 3 1/2" 100K lbs units with a wide coverage of setups to suit various well pressure up to 15,000 psi and temperature requirement up to 400°F. We also maintain capabilities for operations in a wide range of ambient conditions, especially hot weather environments.

Each coiled tubing arrangement allows efficient rig up and rig down of equipment with an excellent field of view.

Coiled tubing setups are available for Zone I and Zone II requirements and for wellhead working pressures of up to 15,000 psi. 10K psi and 15K psi risers and deployment systems allow deployment of long bottom hole assemblies (BHA) under all types of well conditions.

Coiled Tubing Units

Sprint coiled tubing units are either skid or trailer mounted and designed for both land and offshore operations. Coiled tubing units are comprised of five main skids:

  • Control Cabin Skid
  • Power Pack Skid
  • Coiled Tubing Reel Skid
  • Coiled Tubing Injector Skid
  • BOP and Hose Skid

Each skid is supplied with a full protective crash frame allowing safe and easy transfer and transportation both inland or offshore. All coiled tubing units are designed to operate in a wide range of ambient conditions, especially hot weather environments.

Design and Modeling Software

Sprint utilizes the TAS/FACT/DART simulator bundle and pipe management software to design and model various coiled tubing operations and track the life of coiled tubing strings. These simulators, when combined with the STIMPRO (Stimulation) simulator, enable Sprint to provide a complete design and post job assessment for all well intervention and well production operations.

TAS

TAS (Tubing Analysis System) is a computer program designed to perform various calculations and simulations often needed in tubular applications. It is used as a coiled tubing job simulator and is used in designing velocity strings, drill pipe applications, underbalanced drilling, coiled tubing drilling, cementing, and wireline simulations.

TAS is an integrated modular program incorporating force and stress analysis, fluid circulation, and unload kill fluids, in addition to numerous quick computations often needed in tubular computations.

FACT 

FACT (Fatigue Analysis for Coiled Tubing) is a management tool that is used to maximize the safe use of coiled tubing strings. The fatigue analysis tracks life consumption of individual coiled tubing strings and parts of the strings subject to jobs carried out in wells or in the yard, and shows the life consumption per job. In addition, the module gives the user the option of finding the maximum number of cycles to fatigue failure, with or without internal pressure and subject to user specified geometry of the goose neck and the reel.

DART

DART (Data Acquisition in Real Time) is a quick set up and data acquisition software with minimum input required from the user. The software is compatible with most known hardware systems. DART will acquire, record on to file, graphically display data versus time and create customized job graphs to meet the specific reporting needs in addition to doing realtime computations. Later additional parameters can be computed within DART and/or external parameters that may be imported from the output of another application (REAM HMI) running in realtime.

Cementing

Cementing is one of the most critical operations performed on an oil well. The key objective and aim of Cementing is to ensure complete zonal isolation, aquifer protection, and the structural integrity of the wellbore.

Sprint Oil & Gas Services has diversified and proven experiences in cementing oil and gas wells. With thousands of cementing jobs performed to date, we provide a wide range of cement slurries that offer solutions to cementing shallow gas wells, deep high pressure and high temperature wells, wells with large sections of salt or shale, wells with shallow or unconsolidated sections, etc.

Sprint also has a broad experience in conducting operations in logistically challenging areas and remote locations around the Middle East, East Africa and South Asia.

The outcome of a successful cementing job is critical in preventing the loss of production, controlling inter­zonal flow and/or flow to surface, reducing water production, optimizing production and improving the confinement of stimulation treatments.

We combine our extensive technical and field knowledge with innovative tools, equipment, formulations, and ongoing research and development to offer each client solutions to meet or exceed their requirements. Sprint has successfully designed, developed and delivered solutions to address a variety of challenging conditions. These include high temperature, high pressure, extreme losses, gas zones, salt zones, perforations, annulus channels propagated from small fractures and payzone temporary plugging.

Our cementing, pumping and mixing services are supported by state-of-the-art cementing equipment designed and manufactured to industry standards by Sprint's Manufacturing and Maintenance Centre based in the United Arab Emirates.

The Sprint cement pump unit WB2600 and batch mixers (CMX­20) provide field-proven dependability and an outstanding job quality. They are specially designed for mixing variety of slurries at a wide range of densities and formulations covering 8-23 ppg. This equipment setup also provides flexibility and precision control systems to handle a variety of cementing services.

Our engineers and operational teams are supported by a group of highly qualified and dedicated researchers and laboratory specialists. Along with the contribution of our Technical Support Centre (TSC), regional lab and operational support district laboratories, we provide our clients with optimized cementing systems such as:

Cementing Equipment

Sprint Oil & Gas Services has state-of-the-art cementing equipment. All cementing equipment is designed to perform sustained operation, manufactured to exacting industry standards and vigorously tested before being mobilized to a client location. Additionally, a maintenance and technical support facility is established in UAE to support our maintenance functions in all our operating countries.

SPRINT cementing pumpers feature climate controlled, Covered operator cabs, mass flow meters (Non Radioactive Densitometer), re-circulating mixers and data acquisition Systems (ORION) for job parameters recording in real time.

The recirculating mixers use a high energy, Tom & Allen mixing system controlled by an automatic mixing & density control system (AMDC) that yields extremely accurate cement densities ranging from 8-23 ppg with a variance of +/­0.1 ppg.

Software Systems

A successful cementing job is one of the most important factors for the productive life of an oil or gas well. Computer modelling has allowed far better understanding of the cement job than was previously possible. Many potential problems can be identified prior to the job and appropriate modifications can be made.

Sprint uses advanced simulation software to model and predict optimized centralizer design and placement, cement slurry placement, wellbore properties and temperature changes, and cement sheath integrity.

CEMPRO/CEMPRO+

The ultimate and most difficult goal of cementing operations is providing zonal isolation by displacing drilling mud with cement slurries. Incomplete mud removal causes a poor cement seal and non-productive time (NPT). To ensure critical zonal isolation with mud removal optimization, Sprint uses job simulators, CEMPRO/CEMPRO+, for the design of optimum mud displacement.

CEMPRO utilizes advanced numerical methods to solve momentum and continuity equations on 3D grids and calculates fluid concentration as well as displacement efficiency. It accounts for many factors that can affect the efficiency of displacement jobs, including but not limited to:

  • Fluid properties 
  • Pumping rates 
  • Casing standoff 
  • Complex wellbore geometry

CentraDESIGN

Casing centralization is one of the key elements to ensure the quality of a cementing job by preventing mud channelling and poor zonal isolation. SPRINT uses CentraDESIGN to select the right type of centralizers and place the ideal number of them at optimum positions on the casing to achieve a good standoff profile.

Nitrogen Pumping

Introduction

Sprint Oil & Gas Services provides a comprehensive range of Nitrogen pumping services for onshore and offshore applications. These services are delivered at pressures ranging from atmospheric to 10,000 psi and at rates of up to 180K scf/min for a single pumping package. 

Our fleet of Nitrogen pumpers cover our client’s Nitrogen pumping and purging needs of up to a total of 900K scf/min.

Our operational team is trained to respond timely and efficiently to our client’s calls and, with the help of the various simulators, set procedures and operating standards, we ensure providing a quality and cost effective solution in various wells, pipelines or plants applications.

Nitrogen Pumping Services

Nitrogen Lifting

Nitrogen lifting is commonly used to enable a well to flow initially or bring a previously flowing well back into production. Nitrogen is used as a means of unloading and under balancing the well to a point where the well flows naturally and driven by its own reservoir pressure.

Through a simple calculation, with the known reservoir pressure and weight of the completion fluid in the well, the amount of overbalance can be calculated and the respective minimum depth of lift pinpointed.

Sprint TAS, Cempro and Stimpro simulators are used to simulate these calculations. Situations requiring more complex calculations, such as in case of underbalance perforation or foam cementing, can also be quickly and efficiently made using these simulators.

Energizing Fluids

Energizing fluids is a technique that allows the pumping of different fluids and acid systems into a well while maintaining the overall hydrostatic pressure of the fluid column in the well bore below reservoir flowing pressure. This enables the well to flow back immediately after the completion of the job without the need to lift the well with coiled tubing and Nitrogen.

Energized acid fluids such as Sprint foamed SRA Silt and particle Removal system or foamed DPGA Deep Penetrating Gelled Acid can also help deeper acid penetration and delay its reaction rate.

Foam Diversion

Foamed base fluids using Nitrogen gas and foaming agents is a well-known technique to create downhole foam pads for diversion purposes. The foam diverter is pumped in staged slugs between main acid stages to divert acid into tighter/non treated zones.

Sprint foam diversion service helps improve treatment diversion across the entire pay zone, thus, improving the well stimulation yield while minimizing formation damage when compared to conventional particle diverting pills.

Foam Cementing

Foam cementing is a well-known technique used to design a light weight slurry with densities lower than water, but with outstanding mechanical and dynamic properties. Beside helping for improved slurry placement under low reservoir pressure conditions, it provides set cement with outstanding mechanical properties such as compressive strength and permeability.

Sprint foam cement uses industry leading surfactant and slurry stabilizers to develop a stable and ultra-light weight cement slurry.

Nitrogen Plant and Pipeline Purging

Nitrogen gas is highly effective for pipeline purging, pipelines displacement, plants dehydration purposes and corrosion protection.

Sprint designs specific custom procedures for the displacement of unwanted gases by Nitrogen purging. This includes the removal of hydrocarbons, Oxygen, or other toxic or reactive gases. Our engineers are equipped with industry-standard software systems to determine the optimum rate, temperature, and volume required to remove unwanted products in the safest and most efficient way.

As Nitrogen is inert, it doen not support combustion. Therefore, once a system is purged using Nitrogen, there is no risk of ignition within that system. Nitrogen will also help preserve plants and pipelines and reduce corrosion caused by oxidation making it ideal for protection for prolonged periods of no use.

This service also includes:

  • Plants and pipelines de­cruding to remove residue oil using Nitrogen
  • Plants and pipelines de­watering and drying: displacing water or moisture with Nitrogen after testing. This procedure also includes heating up the Nitrogen to remove any residual moisture from the system
  • Nitrogen purging, cutting and welding: displacing Oxygen in plants and pipelines with Nitrogen to prevent corrosion and to safely allow cutting and welding operations
  • Nitrogen de­gassing: displacing corrosive gases, such as H2S and CO2, in plants and pipelines
  • Cooling down piping and vessels system in plants when they exceed safe operational temperatures 
  • Pressure testing and leaks detection: Nitrogen is a more time effective solution for finding leaks in gas lines, vessels, plants and pipelines system before they are returned to service. Pressure testing with Nitrogen can usually be completed in half the time as compared to hydro testing

Nitrogen Pumping Equipment

Nitrogen Pumpers

Sprint’s Nitrogen Pumper fleet consists of units with pumping capacities in the 90K-180K scf/min range and pumping pressures capabilities of up to 10,000 psi.

Nitrogen Pumpers are equipped with diesel engines, vaporizers and cryogenic triplex pumps. A variety of fluid-end sizes are available to suit the required pressure and flow rates for each operation.

Units are available on a skid/trailer or on a body load truck which carries a 2,000 or 4,000 gallons (7570 or 15142 litres) nitrogen tank.

Well Testing

Introduction

Sprint Oil & Gas Services utilize Multiphase Flow Meters (MPFM) to accurately and reliably measure oil, water and gas flow rates without a separation of the production stream.

Accurate and reliable well testing is very important in the determination of the reserves sizes, the economics of continued operations and the evaluation and effectiveness of work-over projects.

There is no substitute for accurate production data to base important decisions and actions on. Today, production well testing in the field is performed either by centralized separation/metering stations or by portable testers.

Centralized systems require extra equipment to be installed and maintained at the field over the field's lifetime. This results in increased costs and environmental risks. A portable well system can execute the same data acquisition exercises, at individual or multiple wells, without the need for permanently installed and maintained equipment. This results in significant cost savings.

Low-cost and portable testers, with gravity separators, are not accurate enough due to separation limitations, sampling frequency and/or gas interference. Such systems can only achieve 5-50% testing accuracy for determining the flow rates. Such systems are also human resource intensive which can reduce testing frequency.

These factors combine to produce well rate data uncertainty and inconsistency that results in allocation factors (sum of oil production well tests/oil sales) that vary from 65-150%.

Sprint's MPFM can achieve testing accuracy in the ±2 - ±5% range.

Multiphase Metering Technique

Sprint uses MedENG MPFM which is a non-radioactive, maintenance free, compact, robust and precise MPFM. The meter is typically installed in line for well testing applications, for reservoir management and allocation measuring.

The MPFM helps establishes Well Production Signatures (WPS) for time lapse monitoring of well performance and diagnostics. It provides accurate, repeatable real-time measurement of oil, water and gas, water cut, GVF and GOR without the need of fluid separation, mixing or any alteration to the well fluid.

The Dual Range Mobile MPFM has been designed to provide unparalleled testing capacity achieving in one unit a ratio of maximum to minimum flow rate of 100.

The system does not make use of radioactive sources, does not use a mini separator and does not require additional tools to measure phase fractions. The MPFM captures phase fractions in the complete range of flow conditions found in the field, from one extreme to the other and through one measurement principle it achieves fit-and-forget accuracy with a reliability that outperforms conventional methods.

Nitrogen Purging

Nitrogen gas is highly effective for pipeline purging, pipeline displacement, plant dehydration purposes and corrosion protection.

Pipeline Chemical Cleaning

Sprint uses a wide range of solvents and weak acids to remove scales from the inner lining of pipelines, boilers and processing plants.

A sample of the scales is tested for dissolution in different fluids in one of our laboratories and a recommended treatment or train of fluids is recommended for best pipeline/plant cleanout.

The recommended treatment is designed to ensure no corrosion, precipitation, or by products are released or left behind in the treated section.

Pipelines Gel Pigging

Sprint’s pipeline gels are a set of pumpable viscous liquids that have the ability to enhance the maintenance and protection of pipelines – including gas lines – negating the risk of hydrate formation. The self-healing, lubricating and debris carrying capabilities of the gels enable complete 360-degree protection from seawater ingress and contamination.

The Sprint pipeline gels are supplied in a finished form or as concentrates for on-site blending and our dedicated team of support staff are available to oversee the deployment of the products in any location.

Depending on the pipeline requirements, the products may be made from a variety of base liquids including water, hydrocarbons, glycol and alcohol. They may be applied on their own but are more commonly used in tandem with rubber pigs to enhance pipeline cleaning and protection.

The rubber pig range has self-healing properties; products reassemble into a single slug of gel after passing through obstructions. This property, combined with their ability to adapt from a gel to a liquid, means they can be injected through minute ports into any size pipeline diameter. The entire line of our pipeline gel products has been designed to be environmentally responsible and safe to handle.

Introduction

Sprint Oil & Gas Services laboratories are dedicated to providing our customers with quality, effective and compatible fluids. We​ provide two levels of laboratory support that covers all the testing needs for the countries that we operate in.

Our Regional Laboratory is based in the UAE and we run satellite District Laboratories in localities close to our field operations. Together, they both provide a full level of operational support to all our operations.

Our highly advanced and well equipped laboratories operate with specialized equipment and highly trained technicians. We deliver accurate and reliable testing and results at the points of operational needs.

Complete testing is run at our District and Regional laboratories to support ongoing operations and to provide a complete range of testing for Cementing, Fracturing and Stimulation services. They interact daily with our clients to ensure all aspects of the design are inline with their requirements. 

Sprint’s dedicated Regional Research Laboratory, located in the UAE, is one of the most advanced in the Middle East. The Regional Lab provides support to all district labs when highly specialized testing is needed.

District Laboratories

Each of the District Laboratories covers both Cementing and Stimulation testing. This involves testing of Cements and Cementing materials, slurry design and testing of field samples for both Cementing and Stimulation fluids. This testing includes, ​but is not limited to, the following tests:

Through Tubing Tools

Introduction

Sprint Oil & Gas Services delivers complete Through Tubing intervention solutions by providing state-of-the-art, high quality, reliable tool strings and experienced fishing specialists. Our key strength is our flexibility in responding to varying customer needs and in designing tools and solutions suitable for each well application.

Sprint has a broad inventory of high pressure jetting, fishing, milling, and other specialty tools that are specifically designed for through tubing applications using coiled tubing.

Sprint Through Tubing tools are manufactured for successful deployments in various well environments and fluids. Sprint also carries a large inventory of products and systems such as gels, friction reducers and surfactants to be used in various through tubing applications.

High Torque Acid Resistant Motors

Sprint Through Tubing motors and power sections provide consistent performance with up to two times more power as compared to conventional power sections. They are also designed to operate in a broad range of harsh ambient conditions, especially in hot weather environments.

Sprint motors have proven their abilities in the field in reducing chunking in high BHT (bottom hole temperature) applications with temperatures up to 400°F. They feature a unique spiral outer tube which is designed to help transfer heat from the rubber directly to the outer tube allowing prolonged operation in higher temperatures.

Sprint motors can be used for drilling plugs in high temperature and Nitrogen/underbalanced environments, difficult cleanouts,
 cutting under reaming, 
heavy-duty milling,
 sidetracking,
 and for fishing.

Milling Tools

Milling tools specialize in removing composite and cast iron frac plugs or ball seats in sliding sleeve systems. This includes a broad selection of mills and bits to address each particular plug and well condition to help optimize all aspects of milling the plug, debris size, milling time, and life of the mill.

Wellbore Cleaning Tools

Wellbore cleaning tools allow safe removal of various scale deposition and cement in the wellbore or the perforation tunnels through the use of underreamers, mills and high pressure jetting tools (SPINCAT).

Fishing Tools

Fishing services, including a full line of fishing tools, made specifically for coiled tubing operations such as impact hammers, accelerators, jars, fishing necks, washover pipe tools etc.

Tubing-Conveyed Perforating (TCP) Conveyance Tools

TCP Tools provide the possibility of creating perforations in heavy mud environment and highly-deviated wells.

Horizontal Toe Preparation Tools

Provide cleaning and TCP services of the furthestmost section of a horizontal well.

Sprint SPINCAT

Sprint SPINCAT is an effective high pressure rotating jetting tool fitted with up to 5 high impact nozzles. The nozzle size can be altered and/or selected based on operation requirements. SPINCAT is typically used for perforation cleaning, scale removal from wellbores and from around tubing jewelry. Also SPINCAT helps cleaning recesses and irregular surfaces without damaging the completion of casing.

Bi-directional Impact Hammer

The hammerhead bi-directional impact hammer delivers a controllable high frequency up or down impact to a downhole device. The frequency and magnitude of the impacts delivered are controlled via the flow rate and applied force.

The bi-directional impact hammer is suitable for many applications including shifting sleeves, breaking disks, pulling plugs, scale removal, cleanouts, tubing swaging and broaching. The ability to deliver high frequency impacts with low applied force and without the necessity to cycle the coiled tubing make the hammerhead an attractive alternative to using a jar.

CT Dual-Action Hydraulic Jar

The dual action hydraulic jar enables repeatable upward or downward jarring blows to the work string. The dual action hydraulic jar is simple to operate and to redress without the need of any calibration.

CT Kickover Tool

The coiled tubing hydraulically activated kickover tool enables reliable running and retrieval of gas lift valves using coiled tubing. Running the kickover tool in conjunction with a flow control valve allows the operator to alternate easily between normal circulation and activating the kickover tool.

CT Releasable Overshot

The CT releasable overshot is a hydraulic release action tool used for fishing downhole tools or parts of broken tools that have been lost in the well tubing without a fish neck. The releasable overshot is available in sizes covering a wide range of fishing diameters. Bell guide skirts are also available.

CT Releasable Spear

The CT releasable spear is a hydraulic release action tool used for fishing downhole tools with internal necks or cylindrical parts of broken tools without a fish neck that have been lost in the well. The releasable spear is available in sizes covering a wide range of fishing diameters.

CT GS Hydraulic Pulling Tool (Internal Catch)

The CT GS pulling tool is a hydraulic release action tool used for running or retrieving downhole tools with standard size internal fishing necks. The CT GS pulling tool is available in sizes covering most standard internal fishing neck diameters.

CT HD Hydraulic Pulling Tool (External Catch)

The CT HD hydraulic pulling tool is a hydraulic release action tool used for running or retrieving downhole tools with standard size external fishing necks. The CT HD hydraulic pulling tool is available in sizes covering most standard external fishing neck diameters. Bell guide skirts are also available.
